Reservation Terms

1. Reservations, Deposits and payment

Reservations should be made as early as possible to guarantee desired departure dates. The nonrefundable deposit of 10 % of the total invoice for a group is required at the time of booking to obtain confirmed reservations. The rest 90% are to be fully paid 60 days prior to departure. When more than one cruise is booked, deposit and payment policies apply per cruise.

2. Conditions of cancellation
All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing to Cruise Company Mosturflot. If you accept a refund, you waive all other rights and remedies under applicable law. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

In case of cancellation of the cruise the following fees will apply:
More than 60 days prior to departure no penalty – 10% nonrefundable deposit
Cancellation received 60-31 days prior to departure – 25 % of the cruise price
Cancellation received 30-14 days prior to departure – 50 % of the cruise price
Cancellation received 13-5 days prior to departure – 75 % of the cruise price

Cancellation received less than 5 days prior to departure or failure to take the cruise without advising – No Refund.

The day when a written notification is received by the Mosturflot (before 6 p.m. Moscow time) is considered to be the day of cancellation.

3. Unused Features
We regret not being able to issue refunds for voluntary absences from itinerary services including but not limited to meals and/or sightseeing. Once cruise or tour program has commenced, there will be no refund for unused features or services, or any portion of cruise or tour not taken due to passengers cancellation.

4. Responsibility
Cruise Company MOSTURFLOT, hereafter referred to as the tour operator provide the cruise, tour, accommodations and other services described. We shall not be responsible for any injuries, damage or losses caused to any travel in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction conditions or developments, or any other actions, errors, omissions, or conditions outside the tour operator`s control. By embarking upon his/her travel the traveler voluntary assumes all risk involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risk, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Mosturflot reserves the right to withdraw and/or to cancel a tour or to make changes in the itinerary and accommodations whenever, in its sole judgment, conditions warrant it. Mosturflot may refuse to transport or may disembark at any port, any passenger who may be suffering from contagious or infectious disease, ill health or whose presence may be detrimental to the comfort or safety of other passengers or the crew, or who may be excluded from landing at a destination by Immigration or other Governmental Authorities. In such cases the guests shall not be entitled to any refund of fare or compensation. Any additional costs incurred as the result of such behavior shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Baggage is carried at the owner`s risk and baggage insurance is recommended. All prices, tariffs, itineraries and schedules in this brochure are in effect at time of printing, and are subject to change without notice. Mosturflot shall not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, hotel overbooking, and car or motor coach arrivals or for damage to baggage, automobiles or other property of the guest occurring off the vessel. Mosturflot expressly disclaims any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from the acts or negligence of any air carrier, hotel or any other person rendering and of the services offered in addition to the actual ship`s cruise.
